Construction
The Construction Committee is a substantive committee of the MassDLA focusing on all aspects of construction law. Our members represent companies and individuals working on construction projects at all levels, including developers, general contractors, architects and engineers, subcontractors, manufacturers, rental and material suppliers, and these parties' insurance carries. Thus, our members handle construction related transactions, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution arising from contracts, design and construction defects, personal injury and property damage, warranty, business interruption and delays, product failures, insurance coverage and surety bonds.
The Construction Committee publishes "Construction News Alerts" throughout the year.
