Program Description

The MassDLA invites you to a one hour remote presentation and panel discussion on tips and strategies surrounding the use of remote technologies for a variety of legal proceedings. 

The panel will discuss the state of the law as well as pros and cons of using remote platforms for depositions, mediations, and hearings.   The program will cover tips for the wise and traps for the unwary inherent in the use of new technologies for the purposes of legal proceedings.   The panel will further discuss the ethical implications for counsel related to this new way of moving our cases forward.
