Please join the MassDLA Construction Committee and the MBA’s Construction Law Group for an educational event on OSHA safety requirements. Learn what you need to know before a project begins, and how to deal with violations when an issues arises.

A networking reception with complimentary refreshments and appetizers will immediately follow at Papagayo’s (across the street at 15 West St.) from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

CLE CREDITS: This event may be eligible for CLE Credits that help satisfy the mandatory CLE requirements of certain states. 

At the conclusion of the program, registered attendees should provide an email address and the state(s) for CLE Credit to MassDLA. MassDLA will email your certificate of attendance to you.

Please contact your state bar association or CLE authority for specific requirements. In the past, CLE credit approval has been given for certain MassDLA educational programs by NH, RI, CT and other states.
