Recent Trends in 93A and Bad Faith Litigation

It has now been six years since the SJC upended 93A law with its ruling in Rhodes v. AIG. This month’s luncheon will featured a judge and mediator who has heard many of these disputes and two of the foremost Massachusetts practitioners of 93A law who will discuss the impact that Rhodes has on how these claims are presented, defended and/or settlement and what new trends they are observing in 2018.
