The Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (“PWFA”) goes into effect on April 1, 2018. Are your employer clients ready for the new law? Join your peers for lunch to learn about the nuts and bolts of the PWFA and discuss how to effectively counsel employers to comply with the law and reduce their risk. The discussion will be led by two seasoned employment attorneys who will share their perspectives from both the management and employee side.
